Refund policy

Conditions for Return & Refund

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can request a return and refund under the following conditions:

- Return Window: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged or not in their original condition will not be accepted.

 

Return Process

- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at order@vietnamsalesinsect.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

- Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

- Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Full Refund: If the product is determined to be damaged not due to the fault of the buyer, or was damaged during shipping, we will issue a 100% refund.

- Partial Refunds: If the buyer agrees to keep the product despite minor damage incurred during shipping or insignificant defects, a partial refund will be issued. The amount of the partial refund will be determined through mutual agreement between the buyer and the store.

 

Exceptions

- Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

- Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us.
