  New Shipping Process

  We have updated our U.S. domestic shipping method.
  Instead of storing inventory permanently in our U.S. warehouse, we now follow a two-step delivery process to improve quality control and increase the variety of available specimens.

  How It Works

  1. Order Received
  Once we receive your order, the item will be prepared and shipped from Vietnam.

  2. Transit to U.S. Warehouse (Approx. 7 days)
  Your item will be transported to our U.S. warehouse for inspection and domestic processing.

  3. U.S. Domestic Shipping (Approx. 7 days)
  After arriving at the U.S. warehouse, your order will be forwarded to your address via USPS (or an equivalent carrier).

  Estimated Delivery Timeline

  Vietnam → U.S. warehouse: ~7 days

  U.S. warehouse → your address: ~7 days

  Total estimated time: 10–15 business days

  Why We Updated This Policy

  This new system allows us to:

  Maintain better quality control before final delivery

  Offer a larger and more diverse selection of specimens

  Ensure specimens are handled, checked, and repackaged carefully before shipping within the U.S.

International Shipping (Vietnam Warehouse)

• Shipping Fee: A flat rate of 19.5 USD applies to all international orders.
  
• Shipping Carrier: Orders are shipped from Vietnam via Vietnam Post.
• Estimated Delivery Time: After your order has been processed and prepared for shipping (typically 1-3 business days), it will be handed over to the shipping carrier. Delivery time is estimated to be 2 to 3 weeks. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance in each country.
• Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

• Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
