Your order can be shipped from either our U.S. or Vietnam warehouse depending on the product you choose:

• U.S. Warehouse: Items available in our U.S. warehouse are shipped exclusively within the United States, with a flat shipping fee of 18 USD. This fee includes handling, shipping from Vietnam to the U.S., and the final domestic delivery.
• Vietnam Warehouse: Items from our Vietnam warehouse can be shipped internationally with a flat shipping fee of 18 USD.

If you need to return or exchange an item, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective or damaged not due to the fault of the customer.
